Supporting EAS Compliance: Introducing eCOMS

eCOMS is a brand-new web-based tool developed by ECA which provides Members with an easy to use solution to maintain accurate operative training records.

If you missed our exclusive webinar introducing the platform, explaining how it can benefit your business, and a live demonstration by ECA’s Technical Manager Gary Parker, watch the recording now!

The Electrotechnical Assessment Specification, EAS 2020, places requirements on electrical contractors, or enterprises, to undertake a competence review of employed persons.

This requires the enterprise to record and manage skills, qualifications, observations and general information about employed persons to ensure that they are adequately trained and supervised for the work they are undertaking. This documentation will be audited by the Certification body during a technical assessment.

In this webinar, ECA Technical Manager Gary Parker gives a live demonstration of the eCOMS platform. Gary will be joined by ECA Members and early eCOMS adopters Ruth Devine, Managing Director of SJD Electrical, and Darren Crannis, Managing Director of Crannis Technology Services.

The session is followed by a live audience Q&A.
