HSE issues new guidance to protect vulnerable workers
The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) has issued new guidance to help protect vulnerable workers during the coronavirus pandemic.
The guidance explains what employers should do to protect vulnerable workers during the pandemic, including:
- supporting workers in higher-risk groups
- clinically extremely vulnerable workers
- supporting extremely vulnerable workers returning to work
- protections in local lockdown areas
- pregnant workers
