Self-isolation extended to 10 days

The UK's Chief Medical Officers have extended the self-isolation period to 10 days for those who have coronavirus symptoms or who have a positive test result. 

The Government site points to limited evidence that “people with COVID-19 who are mildly ill and recovering still have a low but real possibility of infectiousness between 7 and 9 days after illness onset”.
