Revised furlough scheme comes into force

New furlough arrangements have come into force today (1 July), which include more flexible arrangements, combining some time at work and the rest on furlough, which businesses can agree with their employees.
Funding for the furlough scheme is also being gradually tapered off between July and October, with Government contributions falling, replaced by higher employer contributions. Overview as follows:
