£400 modular framework winners announced
Six modular construction firms have won contracts on a £400 million framework for 77 local authorities and housing associations.
The Procure Plus Framework will run for 4 years and is focused on the manufacture of high-quality, energy-efficient, modular homes.
The winning firms are Impact Modular, Jan Snel UK Ltd, M-AR Offsite, Melius Homes, OSCO Homes and Totally Modular Ltd.
